Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal (WCAT)

WCAT is the final level of appeal for WorkSafeBC decisions in British Columbia. You must complete a Review Division review first, then appeal within the statutory period. WCAT decisions are final, with only judicial review in the Supreme Court of BC available on limited grounds.
