Custody Review Board

The Custody Review Board reviews decisions affecting young persons held in Ontario custody and detention facilities — placement, transfers between facilities, and certain disciplinary decisions. It makes recommendations rather than binding orders in most cases, and it is separate from the criminal proceedings themselves.
