Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers' Compensation

The Appeals Commission is the final level of appeal for WCB-Alberta decisions. You must complete WCB's internal decision review first, then appeal within the statutory period. Its decisions are final, with only judicial review in the Court of King's Bench available on limited grounds.
